At the end of the end of The Clone Wars season 5, she was falsely accused by the Jedi Council of attacking a Jedi Temple but the reality was different. She was framed by a fellow Jedi and friend, Barris Offee. Afterwards, Anakin discovered the truth and invited her but she left for good. She was heartbroken after being falsely accused of heinous crimes by her own people. When Ahsoka left the Jedi Order, she also left her lightsabers there because they were Jedi lightsabers and she was no longer a Jedi. 

In the seventh season of The Clone Wars, she reunited with her masters Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi. In Anakin's words, he improved her lightsabers, changing the colors to blue to match his own lightsaber. After Anakin's fall to the dark side and Ahsoka managing to survive Order 66, she buried her lightsabers with many clone troopers.

In Star Wars Rebel, she is seen as an intelligence operative in the Rebellion, with the code name,"Fulcrum". Her dual Ahsoka Fulcrum lightsaber had the most unique hue, white. She removed the kyber crystals from his blades and accessed the light side of the Force to purify and rebalance the kyber crystals from the Inquisitor's corruption.
